I’ve had a really nice, low-key week. Besides Tuesday being incredibly rainy, the rest of the week has felt a little more like spring than past days this month, and I love it. I’ve already broken out my sandals and skirts, gone on my annual antiquing trip with a friend, and since I’m in the spring cleaning state of mind, I’ve started planning an exciting new renovation project that I’ll share next week. But for right now, I’m cooking – a lot. I made a pretty huge (but simple) brunch (recipes to come next week) that was a total success, and now I’m working on an Easter feast for tomorrow.
