1 (16 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup tahini
Juice of 1 large lemon
2 large cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend for about 30 seconds, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a spatula as needed. Move to a serving dish and serve with pita bread, crackers and crudités.
